WHY ME?
01 / FULL-STACK CREATIVE
Being copy-based doesn’t mean just stopping there. Dabbling in design and production’s pretty fun. I made this website without a template; I color-grade my own photos, no LUTs; I know my way around Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve; I mess around with DAWs (Digital Audio Workspaces) too.
02 / DATA SCIENCE SAVVY
I took up Data Science a few years ago and while I’m not pushing out anything new on Github, I still know my way around Jupyter Notebook and Pandas. More importantly, I understand data, how to extract insights from it, and I have a fair understanding of how AI models work under the hood.
03 / PROFESSIONAL STORYTELLER
I was a voice-over artist, theatre actor, playwright, and even stage manager. These early experiences served as a foundation for my expertise in crafting narratives. I know what makes a good story and I know how to tell one. Great for pitches.
04 / REGIONAL & LOCAL EXPERIENCE
I’ve worked with multinational clients and their high-level strategy frameworks. I’ve worked with local clients and their lack of one. I’ve learned how to navigate different kinds of clients and how to scale up an idea to work across a broader audience or transcreate and hyper-localize to laser-focus on a specific culture.
05 / PROUD IMMIGRANT
Born in the Philippines, but currently based in Korea. IYKYK. Migrating comes with a unique set of challenges that forces you to adapt new skills or die. When you're 10X beyond your comfort zone and failing ain’t an option, it teaches you invaluable soft skills and exponentially fast-tracks your growth.
